Shipping Policies

Shipping
- Items in stock will normally ship within one working day (except for weekends & hoildays).
Orders will normally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted. There is a $3.50 Order & Handling Fee
for all orders.
All orders delivered to the airport is subjected to $20.00 delivery charge.


Back orders - at times we be will be out of stock on certain items. We will notify you if this happens with
an estimated delivery time, and to confirm that you still wish to place your order.

Returns
- If you wish to return an item from any reason, we offer the following guidelines. Please keep in
mind that this is a general policy statement. It is our wish to be as fair as possible, so please Contact Us if
you have specific questions regarding the return of any item. All items purchased through us are returnable
within 30days for a refund, except electrical parts.

COD Returns
- A COD return will result in a individual on a “NO COD list, and no longer be able to
receive any COD’s, unless shipping charges are payed.

Most orders may be returned
for a refund if returned within thirty (30) days of your
receipt. Items must be in new condition and include all original paperwork/owner's manuals and a valid
receipt to obtain refund. There is a 20% restocking fee that dose apply.

Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable
, unless an item was shipped to you in error.
Manufacturer's warranties almost never cover shipping charges. In the event that an item requires
warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warranty service center.
The $3.50 Order Fee is not refundable.

Electrical parts/components are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns on damaged shipments
require carrier (UPS, POST OFFICE, etc.) notification before
calling for Return Authorization. Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage, and
report any such damage to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any loss or damage
incurred while being shipped.

- All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Part numbers, in
particular, regularly supersede or are replaced by other part numbers. As long as such a change does
not result in a material change in your order, such superseded parts will automatically be shipped to you.
